Schedule & Availability Expectations

As our Florida operations continue to grow and stabilize, new team members should expect a flexible schedule during their first month of employment.

During this initial ramp-up period:

• You will be guaranteed 8 hours of work per day (some weekends required)

• You will receive one to two days off per week

• Workdays and days off may vary from week to week depending on business volume and operational needs

This flexibility helps us ensure proper coverage while we finalize long-term scheduling as the operation matures.

Starting in March, team members can expect to transition into a standard shift with consistent, set hours and a more predictable weekly schedule.

We appreciate candidates who are adaptable and team-oriented during this important growth phase.

Job summary:

Ensures that warehouse functions are completed safely, accurately, and on time, adhering to company standards. Unloads receive, and processes inbound products. Moves product around the
distribution center to ensure efficient processing and prepares pick locations. Accurately picks,
packs, sorts, and loads outbound products following customer specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Unloads pallets and cases from inbound trailers and/or containers manually and/or using a pallet jack, motorized pallet jack, sit down or stand-up forklift, and standing reach truck.
• Accurately counts, verifies, and receives products using WMS equipment.
• Document variances.
• Maintains productivity and quality standards.
• Follows safety policies and procedures and corrects or communicates hazards to management.
• Physical labor included such as lifting weights up to 50 lbs. and standing still for long periods of time in a cold environment from 32*F to -6*F.

Requirements:

• General knowledge of math and reading. Equal to a high school diploma.
• Prior experience working in a distribution center is preferred.
• For some functions, one must be able to operate a forklift and pick items as high as 35 feet in the air.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, squat and kneel often, and lift 30 to 50 pounds, as needed.
• Bilingual (preferred, not required).
